Responsible for the development of patient recruitment and retention strategies and tactics that meet the unique needs of BlueRock clinical studies, programs and the patients we serve. This individual will ensure the collection of patient and clinical insights, application to clinical trial planning and execution, the identification and management of niche vendors to support patient-centric trial collateral and communications and the oversight and management of patient inquiries.

As the primary owner of the provider escalations workflow, this role is essential to supporting ability to efficiently manage and resolve provider escalations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality of care and driving scalable clinical processes in collaboration with Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, Clinical and Credentialing partners.
